Terms of Service

ABOUT US

My Future Planning Limited specialise in connecting Financial Advisory and Wealth Management Companies with individuals looking for specialist FCA Auhorised Financial Advice.

1.0 SERVICES RENDERED

We generate, qualify and distribute high quality real-time pension leads to our clients at an agreed rate, volume and timescale so all the information we disclose is up to date at the time of distribution. 


2.0 MUTUAL CO-OPERATION

 

We are committed to fulfilling and exceeding expectation on the deliverables agreed with our clients. In turn, we ask our clients to help us to meet these standards by making available all required information pertaining to their business and the services that they provide.


3.0 TERMS OF PAYMENT

3.1 BILLING

Pension Plan Advice offer flexible lead generation packages with no long-term commitment or payment obligations. We invoice our clients for one hundred per cent (100%) of the agreed fee in advance unless otherwise agreed, and will distribute all purchased leads within an agreed time scale.

Payment terms are available upon request and dependent on volume of leads purchased (Discounts may be affected).

​My Future Planning charges upfront for leads unless agreed, and will begin the agreed distribution of purchased one once payment has been received in full. 

On payment of each and every invoice presented and paid by the client these terms of services shall be deemed to have been accepted.


3.3 COLLECTION COSTS

In the event that we incur legal fees, costs and disbursements in an effort to collect our invoices, our clients agree to reimburse us for these expenses.

3.4 REPLACEMENT OF LEAD POLICY 

 

In the event that a Lead is provided with invalid contact details,  or where a consumer is looking for "State Pension" advice we shall replace that lead free of charge.


4.0 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCURACY

 

Our clients shall be responsible for the accuracy, completeness and propriety of information concerning the products and services they offer which are furnished to us verbally or in writing in connection with the performance of a service agreement.

 

5.0 CONFIDENTIALITY 

 

Pension Plan Advice acknowledges its responsibility, both during and after the term of its appointment, to use all reasonable efforts to preserve the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information or data developed by Pension Plan Advice on behalf of our clients or disclosed by our clients to Pension Plan Advice.

6.0 TERM & TERMINATION

 

6.1 PERIOD OF AGREEMENT AND NOTICE OF TERMINATION

 

All service agreements are effective as of the date of they are signed and remain until the agreed delivery has been completed and signed off. 


6.2 TERMINATION FOR CAUSE

 

Either party may terminate the service agreement if the other party defaults in the performance of any of its material duties and obligations and the default is not cured within thirty (30) days of the receipt of notice of said default, or if the default is not reasonably curable within said period of time, unless the defaulting party commences cure within said period of time and diligently proceeds to cure the default.


7.0 GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

7.1 GOVERNING LAW

 

Service agreements between My Future Planning and the client shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.


7.2 REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

 

My Future Planning and the client individually represent and warrant that each has full power and authority to enter into a service agreement and agree to perform all of their obligations here under without violating the legal or equitable rights of any third party.


7.3 ENTIRE AGREEMENT

 

Except as otherwise set forth or referred to, a service agreement constitutes the sole and entire agreement and understanding between the parties hereto as to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements and understandings of every kind and nature between them as to such subject matter.
 

7.4 SEVERABILITY

 

If any provision of a service agreement is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under any present or future law, then that provision will be fully severable. In such instance, the agreement will be construed and enforced as if the illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision had never comprised a part of the agreement, and the remaining provisions of the agreement will remain in full force and effect.
